  if god is outside of nature and therefore cannot be proved or disproved by science, is atheism a form of blind faith?

  after all, it cannot be defended on the basis of pure reason.. steven jay gould said;.

  does this mean that our uk apostabuddies are now able to lay charges against jws who insult them in some religious way?

  "remember, always, young man, that science which has become a great power in the last century, has analyzed everything divine handed down to us in the holy books.

  after this cruel analysis the learned of this world have nothing left of all that was sacred.

  but they have only analyzed the parts and overlooked the whole, and indeed their blindness is marvelous.

  Documentary About The Flood and Noah's Ark

  about a week or two ago i watched a documentary about the flood in noah's day entitled "in search of noah's ark".

  two things i found very interesting in this program is a theory that one person had about how they believed the flood was caused due to a meteor hitting the ocean creating a tsunami that flooded the entire earth.

  scientist were unanimous in their view that this is a very plausible scenario and that there is no way to rule this possibility out.

  in the uk 50% of marriages fail.

  maybe around half of those who stay married are not really that happy.. .

  Why do j-dubs & ex-j-dubs have so many marriages

  Is it to make up for the lack of sex before marriage?

  I've never been married (only 21), but i've had more partners than the average multi-marriage j-dub has in their lifetime, & although most of you will probably disapprove of that, it has taken the pressure to get married off considerably for me!

  If i were a virgin i'd feel much more pressure to find someone to marry... which i'm definately not ready for yet, & probably won't be ready for until i'm on the other side of 30.

  Enjoy the blank canvas while it lasts. Don't be too quick to fill it up with any old shit though, since you've gotten rid of one strain of the christianity virus, there's no point going out & catching another straight away. Give religion a rest for a while (forever idealy) & just read some books about science & history.

  We don't need to believe anything, we just need to grasp reality.
